Advisory Committees

Information Resource Management Policy and Planning Committee (IRMPPC) - includes executive management, academic college, student, faculty, security and planning representatives. Sets policy and strategic direction for IT for the campus. Advises the President and VP/CIO on IT related issues.

Instructional Advisory Committee on Computing (IACC) - represents Academic Affairs, academic colleges, and the Library from a faculty perspective.  Provides input to IRMPPC on strategic IT planning and policy issues. Advises the Provost and VP/CIO on academic IT requirements and issues. Communicates information about IT to the Academic Senate, deans, departments and faculty.

Administrative Advisory Committee on Computing (AACC) - represents the major administrative systems, e.g., student information, human resources, financial resources, advancement, auxiliaries,  Library, etc.  Provides input to IRMPPC on strategic IT planning and policy issues.  Advises the VP/CIO on administrative IT requirements and issues. Communicates information about IT to its constituents.

Student Campus Computing Committee (SC3) - represents students in the academic colleges, ASI, and technical clubs. Provides input to IRMPPC on strategic IT planning and policy issues. Advises the VP/CIO on student IT requirements and issues. Communicates information about IT to student users.

Information Security Committee (ISC) - represents areas responsible for ensuring the security of critical university information, regardless of format. Provides input to IRMPPC on strategic IT planning and policy issues. Advises the VP/AFD, VP/CIO and ISO on security requirements and issues.

Disability Access and Compliance Committee (DACC) -monitors, evaluates and reports on campus compliance with CSU policy requiring university programs, services and activities (including those using IT) be accessible to persons with disabilities. Reports to the President.
